Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in gastric adenocarcinoma and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma comparing Durvalumab + FLOT followed by adjuvant durvalumab with Placebo + FLOT followed by adjuvant placebo (2 arms).
