Overview
Phase 3, randomised trial in Human immunodeficiency virus infection type 1 comparing Doravirine + islatravir with Bictegravir + emtricitabine + tenofovir alafenamide (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percentage of participants with HIV-1 RNA <50 copies/mL at Week 48, Percentage of participants experiencing at least 1 adverse event through Week 48 and 1 more.
