Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) comparing Atumelnant with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of participants with morning post-glucocorticoid androstenedione at or below the upper limit of normal who are on physiologic glucocorticoid replacement at Week 32.
