Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial of vedolizumab and upadacitinib in Crohn's disease (2 arms), sponsored by Takeda. Primary endpoints: CDAI-defined clinical remission at Week 12 and Endoscopic response at Week 12. Planned start Mar 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
