Overview
Phase 3, open-label trial of CD20 x CD3 bispecific antibody, ADCE-D01, itacitinib + axicabtagene ciloleucel, ifosfamide, rituximab and 3 more in mature B-cell lymphoma and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) (3 arms), sponsored by University of Birmingham. Primary endpoints: Objective response at 12 weeks and Complete response within up to 3 cycles. Planned start Jul 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
