Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in generalized epilepsy and generalized tonic-clonic seizure (GTCS) comparing XEN1101 plus background antiseizure medications with Placebo plus background antiseizure medications (2 arms). Primary endpoint: 50% responder rate. Planned start Sep 2023; status: not yet recruiting.
