Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of esketamine in treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and major depressive disorder (MDD) (2 arms), sponsored by University Medical Center Groningen. Primary endpoints: Phase 1 treatment response after 8 weeks and Phase 2 relapse prevention at 12 months. Planned start Jul 2022; status: not yet recruiting.
