Overview
Phase 3, open-label trial of mirikizumab in autoimmune colitis and Crohn's disease (2 arms), sponsored by Eli Lilly and Company. Primary endpoints: Percentage of participants with ulcerative colitis in Modified Mayo Score clinical remission and Percentage of participants with Crohn's disease in Pediatric Crohn’s Disease Activity Index clinical remission. Planned start Jan 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
