Overview
Phase 3, randomised trial in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) and heart failure with mid-range ejection fraction (HFmrEF) comparing Elecoglipron with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Time to first occurrence of cardiovascular death, hospitalization for heart failure, or urgent heart failure visit. Planned start Jul 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
