Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) comparing Engasertib 40 mg once daily with Placebo once daily (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Total number of epistaxis events through Week 28. Planned start Sep 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
