Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) comparing AC01 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Absolute change from baseline in composite echocardiography Z-score at Week 12. Planned start Sep 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
