Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of ibrutinib and ritonavir in chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL), Lymphoplasmacytic Lymphoma (LPL) and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) (2 arms), sponsored by HOVON. Primary endpoints: Run-in phase primary pharmacokinetic endpoint and Extension phase primary safety endpoint. Planned start Nov 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
