Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and Cirrhosis comparing Efimosfermin alfa with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Part A: Proportion of participants achieving improvement in liver fibrosis by >=1 stage and no worsening of MASH. Planned start Nov 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
