Overview
Phase 3, randomised trial in Buruli ulcer (BU) comparing Standard-dose rifampicin + clarithromycin + DACC dressing with High-dose rifampicin + DACC dressing (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Time to clearance of viable mycobacterium from wounds. Planned start Mar 2021; status: not yet recruiting.
