Overview
Phase 2, randomised trial of Cholera conjugate vaccine, Euvichol-Plus, sodium chloride and aluminium hydroxide in cholera (4 arms), sponsored by International Vaccine Institute. Primary endpoints: Serum vibriocidal antibody titers against V. cholerae O1 Inaba and O1 Ogawa after one dose in adults and older children, Serum vibriocidal antibody titers in children aged 1 to 4 years and 1 more. Planned start Sep 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
