Overview
Phase 4, open-label trial of cytisinicline in nicotine dependence and alcohol use disorder (AUD) (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Smoking abstinence at 36 weeks and Cessation from heavy drinking at 36 weeks. Planned start Apr 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
