Overview
Phase 2, randomised trial in Tuberculosis (TB) comparing Standard of care, Bedaquiline + linezolid + TBI-223 and Bedaquiline + linezolid + sutezolid (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Efficacy: MGIT time-to-positivity slope through week 6 and Safety: new Grade 3 or higher adverse event through week 8. Planned start Dec 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
