Overview
Phase 1, randomised trial in postoperative pain comparing Dexmedetomidine + bupivacaine modified TLIP block with Morphine + bupivacaine modified TLIP block (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Time to first postoperative analgesic request and Total opioid consumption in first 24 postoperative hours. Planned start Jul 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
