Overview
Phase 3, randomised trial in sickle cell disease (SCD) and sickle cell nephropathy (SCN) comparing Hydroxyurea + losartan with Hydroxyurea alone (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Proportion achieving at least 50% reduction in an early renal marker and Reduction in prevalence of early renal impairment markers. Started Aug 2022; status: completed.
