Randomised, open-label trial in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and Micturition disorder comparing Tamsulosin 0.8 mg with Tamsulosin 0.4 mg plus tadalafil 5 mg (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in International Prostate Symptom Score. Planned start Jul 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
