Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), respiratory syncytial virus disease (RSV) and Ebola virus disease (EVD) comparing Group 1: Ad26.COV2.S, Group 2: Ad26.RSV.preF then Ad26.COV2.S and Group 3: Ad26.ZEBOV then Ad26.COV2.S then MVA-BN-Filo (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Innate and pro-inflammatory responses. Planned start Nov 2022; status: not yet recruiting.
