Open-label, single-arm trial of cannabis oil in generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and major depressive disorder (MDD), sponsored by Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Primary endpoints: Association between CYP2C9, CYP3A4, and COMT genetic variants and clinical effectiveness outcomes and Association between CYP2C9, CYP3A4, and COMT genetic variants and adverse effects.
