Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of nicotinamide in non-melanoma skin cancer (NMSC), cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) and basal cell carcinoma (BCC), sponsored by Santa Casa de Porto Alegre. Primary endpoint: Occurrence of suspected non-melanoma skin cancer requiring biopsy. Planned start May 2021; status: not yet recruiting.
