Overview
Open-label trial of testosterone, DehydraTECH-estrogen, cyproterone and spironolactone in gender dysphoria (GD) (2 arms), sponsored by Faculdade de Odontologia da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia. Primary endpoints: Facial morphological change over 12 months, Maxillary skeletal structure change at 12 months and 2 more. Planned start Sep 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
