Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of pegaspargase, diphenhydramine, hydrocortisone and ondansetron in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) (2 arms), sponsored by Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre. Primary endpoints: PEG-asparaginase enzymatic activity at day 7 and PEG-asparaginase enzymatic activity at day 14. Started Sep 2020; status: recruiting.
