Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of sitagliptin + metformin, sitagliptin and metformin in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (2 arms), sponsored by Dr. Sasitorn Kittivoravitkul. Primary endpoints: Maximum plasma concentration (Cmax) of sitagliptin and metformin, Area under the plasma concentration-time curve from dosing to last observed concentration (AUC0-t) of sitagliptin and metformin and 1 more.
