Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ABK-KRAS-1 is an orally available, small-molecule inhibitor that targets a broad spectrum of KRAS mutations (pan-KRAS inhibitor). It has demonstrated potent in vitro activity against various KRAS mutant forms and induces dose-dependent tumor regression in preclinical xenograft models. The drug is being developed as a promising therapeutic candidate for the treatment of cancers harboring KRAS mutations, which are common drivers in multiple solid tumors. ABK-KRAS-1 exhibits favorable drug-like properties and is currently at the preclinical development stage. The developer is Abbisko Therapeutics.
