Overview

ABSK211 is a potent, highly selective, and orally bioavailable small-molecule pan-KRAS inhibitor developed by Abbisko Therapeutics. It demonstrates broad inhibitory activity against multiple KRAS mutations, including G12, G13, and Q61 variants, as well as wild-type KRAS amplification, at sub-nanomolar to nanomolar concentrations. Preclinical studies have shown robust antitumor efficacy for ABSK211 both as a monotherapy and in combination with other agents such as PRMT5 inhibitors, EGFR monoclonal antibodies, and immunotherapies. The drug is currently undergoing IND-enabling studies for the treatment of KRAS-driven cancers, including pancreatic, colorectal, and lung cancers.
