**AC410** is an oral small molecule inhibitor of Janus kinase 2 (JAK2), developed initially by Ambit Biosciences and later acquired by Daiichi Sankyo. It targets the JAK/STAT signaling pathway, which is implicated in immune-mediated inflammatory diseases, by selectively inhibiting JAK2 to reduce cytokine signaling and immune cell activation.
