Overview
**ACEXO** is an experimental, CD20-targeted exosome-based delivery construct consisting of Adriamycin (doxorubicin)-loaded exosomes surface-modified with an anti-CD20 aptamer. It was reported in preclinical CD20-positive melanoma models, where it preferentially delivered doxorubicin to CD20-positive melanoma cancer stem cells, increased tumor accumulation after intravenous administration, reduced tumorsphere formation, and suppressed tumor growth in mice without reported body-weight loss.
