Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**AcNK-Sup003** is an investigational, cryopreserved natural killer cell therapy for relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The product consists of non-genetically modified NK cells bearing covalently and directionally conjugated bispecific antibodies that recognize both CD19 and CD20 on malignant B cells. This antibody-cell conjugate approach is intended to direct NK-cell-mediated cytotoxicity toward CD19- and CD20-expressing B-cell lymphoma cells. It is being developed by SupermAb (Beijing) Biotech and evaluated in investigator-initiated early clinical studies at Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
