Overview

AlloNK + rituximab is a **combination therapy** consisting of AlloNK (AB-101), a non-genetically modified, cord blood-derived, allogeneic natural killer (NK) cell therapy, and rituximab, an anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody. AlloNK is designed to enhance antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) by providing NK cells which work synergistically with rituximab to promote deep and durable B-cell depletion. This combination is being evaluated for several autoimmune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) including lupus nephritis (LN), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), Sjögren’s disease (SjD), idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (IIMs), systemic sclerosis (SSc), pemphigus vulgaris (PV), vasculitis (GPA/MPA, AAV), and also in relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL)[1][3][6][7].
