Overview

**Amph-Peptides 7P** is Elicio's investigational mixture of seven amphiphile-modified, lipid-conjugated long peptide neoantigens representing recurrent RAS hotspot mutations: G12A, G12C, G12D, G12R, G12S, G12V, and G13D. The peptides are designed to bind endogenous albumin after subcutaneous administration and traffic through lymphatics to lymph nodes, where antigen presentation is intended to induce mutant KRAS and NRAS-specific CD4-positive and CD8-positive T-cell responses. Amph-Peptides 7P is the antigen component of ELI-002 7P; ELI-002 7P additionally contains the TLR9 agonist adjuvant Amph-CpG-7909. It has been evaluated as part of the ELI-002 7P therapeutic cancer-vaccine regimen for minimal-residual-disease-positive, RAS-mutated pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and colorectal cancer.
