Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ANS06 is a preclinical-stage small molecule pan-RAS inhibitor being developed by Avistone Pharmaceutical for the treatment of solid tumors. The compound is designed to target multiple oncogenic RAS isoforms, which are common drivers of oncogenesis in various solid malignancies. By inhibiting RAS signaling, ANS06 aims to block the activation of downstream pathways such as MAPK/ERK and PI3K/AKT that promote tumor cell proliferation and survival. It is currently undergoing preclinical evaluation to support future clinical development, with global rights held by the developer.
