anti-CD20-IFNα is a Phase 1 fusion molecule developed for the treatment of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. It is a fusion protein that combines an anti-CD20 antibody component with Interferon alpha (IFNα). The technology, known as Fusion Interferon Technology (FIT), originated from UCLA and was acquired by Spectrum Pharmaceuticals from ImmunGene, Inc. This drug is designed to expand Spectrum's pipeline with an innovative immuno-oncology platform, leveraging the targeted delivery of IFNα to CD20-expressing cells.
