Anti-CSPG4 scFv is a single-chain variable fragment (scFv) antibody targeting chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan 4 (CSPG4), also known as melanoma-associated chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan (MCSP) or NG2. CSPG4 is a cell-surface proteoglycan highly expressed in various malignancies, including melanoma, triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), and glioblastoma, while showing limited expression in normal tissues. This scFv serves as a targeting moiety in several therapeutic modalities, including antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) conjugated to payloads like monomethyl auristatin F (MMAF), chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies, and bispecific antibodies. It is primarily utilized in academic and preclinical research settings to evaluate CSPG4-targeted immunotherapy strategies.
