Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AR062 is a preclinical-stage pH-dependent antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Y Biologics for the treatment of solid tumors. It targets Delta-like 1 homolog (DLK1), a cell surface protein that is overexpressed in various malignancies but has restricted expression in normal adult tissues. AR062 is designed with a pH-sensitive mechanism that facilitates the selective release of its cytotoxic payload in the acidic microenvironment typically found in tumors. This approach is intended to enhance the therapeutic window by increasing the concentration of the drug at the tumor site while minimizing systemic toxicity and off-target effects in healthy tissues with normal physiological pH.
