AR062 is a preclinical-stage pH-dependent antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Y Biologics for the treatment of solid tumors. It targets Delta-like 1 homolog (DLK1), a cell surface protein that is overexpressed in various malignancies but has restricted expression in normal adult tissues.
