Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AT-301 is a targeted oncolytic peptide being developed by A28 Therapeutics for the treatment of ovarian cancer. It is designed to selectively target cancer cells expressing the Follicle-Stimulating Hormone Receptor (FSHR). The drug consists of an FSHR-targeting moiety linked to an oncolytic peptide payload. Upon binding to FSHR on the surface of cancer cells, the peptide induces selective cell death (oncolysis). This approach aims to minimize off-target toxicity by focusing the cytotoxic effect on FSHR-positive malignant tissues.
