Overview

This is a combination of three statin drugs—atorvastatin, rosuvastatin, and simvastatin—all of which are HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors (statins) used to lower cholesterol levels. Each drug works by inhibiting the enzyme HMG-CoA reductase in the liver, reducing cholesterol synthesis and increasing clearance of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) from the bloodstream. Statins are primarily indicated for hypercholesterolemia and prevention of cardiovascular disease. While combinations of two statins have been studied for potential additive effects on lipid lowering, there is no clinical evidence or approved product combining all three agents together in a single formulation. The safety profile includes risks such as myopathy, rhabdomyolysis, liver enzyme elevations, and other side effects typical for statins[3][7][8]. Combining multiple statins increases the risk of adverse events without clear additional benefit.
