ATT-01 is an investigational biomaterial therapeutic developed by Attivare Therapeutics for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It utilizes the ATTimmune platform, which consists of a biodegradable, silica-based scaffold known as mesoporous silica rods (MSR). This scaffold is loaded with granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) and CpG oligonucleotides. Administered as a subcutaneous injection following standard chemotherapy, ATT-01 is designed to recruit and activate dendritic cells, which in turn induce the differentiation of AML blasts and stimulate a robust, vaccine-like T-cell immune response. The primary goal of the therapy is to maintain remission and improve overall survival by preventing disease relapse through a durable anti-leukemia immune effect.
