AU7-55

AU7-55 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of the TAM (Tyro3, Axl, and Mer) receptor tyrosine kinase family, currently being developed by Aucentra Therapeutics. TAM kinases are frequently overexpressed in various hematological malignancies and solid tumors, where they contribute to tumor cell survival, drug resistance, and metastasis. Additionally, these kinases function as immune checkpoints that suppress anti-tumor immunity. By targeting all three members of the TAM family, AU7-55 aims to provide a dual therapeutic effect: direct inhibition of oncogenic signaling and enhancement of the immune system's ability to recognize and eliminate cancer cells. The drug is currently in the late preclinical development stage for the treatment of blood cancers.
