Overview
A combination therapy regimen consisting of aumolertinib (a third-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor) with chemotherapy agents carboplatin, cisplatin, and pemetrexed. This combination targets EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), with aumolertinib specifically inhibiting EGFR-sensitizing mutations and T790M resistance mutations while the chemotherapy agents provide cytotoxic effects by damaging DNA (carboplatin, cisplatin) and inhibiting folate-dependent enzymes essential for DNA synthesis (pemetrexed).
