Overview

**AVC-203** is an investigational, CRISPR-engineered, healthy-donor-derived allogeneic CD19/CD20 dual-targeting CAR-T cell therapy from AvenCell for relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies. The off-the-shelf product is engineered to reduce graft-versus-host disease and host immune rejection, while its CAR recognizes B cells expressing CD19 and/or CD20. It also incorporates AvenCell's RevCAR switchable receptor architecture, intended to permit externally controlled activity and future expansion to additional tumor antigens through bridging proteins. AVC-203 is being evaluated in the Phase I/II QUADvance study, including cohorts in relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
