Overview

BAT4306F is a next-generation, recombinant, glycosylation-modified monoclonal antibody targeting the human B-cell-specific cell surface antigen CD20. It is engineered with afucosylated modifications to enhance antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), resulting in significantly higher potency and B-cell depletion compared to existing anti-CD20 antibodies such as rituximab. Developed by Bio-Thera Solutions, BAT4306F is being investigated primarily for the treatment of relapsed or refractory CD20-positive B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and potentially other hematologic malignancies. The drug is administered intravenously and has demonstrated improved efficacy in preclinical studies due to its enhanced ADCC activity[1][2][3][4][5][7].
