BC008

BC008 is an anti-CLDN18.2 monoclonal antibody developed by Dragon Boat Pharmaceutical for the treatment of CLDN18.2-positive advanced solid tumors, including gastric and pancreatic cancers. It is engineered as a single domain Fc fusion protein antibody (Sd-Fc) designed to specifically target Claudin 18.2 on tumor cell surfaces. The drug exerts its anti-tumor effects through Fc-mediated immune effector functions, primarily antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC). Preclinical data indicated enhanced ADCC activity and dose-dependent efficacy in gastric and pancreatic cancer models. It is currently in Phase I clinical trials.
