Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BEBT-706 is a dual-target small interfering RNA (siRNA) therapeutic being developed by Guangzhuo BeBetter Medicine Technology. It is designed to simultaneously target Lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)] and Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) using the company's proprietary GDOC (dual-target siRNA) platform. By silencing the expression of these two key drivers of cardiovascular risk, BEBT-706 aims to reduce the risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD). The drug is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
