bortezomib + rituximab

Bortezomib + rituximab is a combination therapy used primarily in the treatment of mantle cell lymphoma and other B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas. Bortezomib is a small molecule proteasome inhibitor that disrupts the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, leading to accumulation of proteins that induce apoptosis in malignant cells.
