bosentan + pacritinib

Bosentan + pacritinib is a combination of two small molecule drugs, each with distinct mechanisms and indications. Bosentan is an endothelin receptor antagonist used primarily for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), where it blocks the action of endothelin-1 at both ETA and ETB receptors, leading to vasodilation and reduced blood pressure in pulmonary arteries[1][2][5]. Pacritinib is an oral kinase inhibitor indicated for adults with intermediate or high-risk primary or secondary myelofibrosis, especially those with low platelet counts.
