Overview

BR115 is a trispecific T-cell engager antibody designed for the treatment of advanced malignant solid neoplasms. It targets and binds to two separate HER2 epitopes on HER2-expressing tumor cells and CD3 on T cells, facilitating cross-linkage that may trigger a potent cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL) response against HER2-expressing tumor cells. Some sources also indicate potential targeting of CD19 and CD20 in addition to HER2 and CD3. The drug is administered intravenously and is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials for solid tumors. It was initially developed by Chengdu Chimagen Biosciences and is being further developed by BioRay Biopharmaceutical.
