Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Bv-NVD-R is a targeted immunotherapy combination regimen consisting of brentuximab vedotin (Bv), nivolumab (N), vinblastine (V), dacarbazine (D), and rituximab (R). This combination therapy is being studied in clinical trials for treating classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) in pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients. The regimen is part of a risk-adapted approach to treatment, where patients are classified as either Rapid Early Responders (RER) or Slow Early Responders (SER) based on FDG-PET scan results after initial treatment cycles. This classification determines the subsequent treatment protocol.
